After the colors Ben’s anatomy in the first panel felt off to me so I redid it. That’s always a risk of going straight into lines, but it’s not like things can’t be redrawn later, which would have to be done if I did the sketch to lines anyway.

I had a busy weekend so I didn’t have a lot of time to draw much. I feel the perspective looked fine for Jack when sketching it out but ended up weird in the end. Oh well, I’m out of time I’m able to put into this for now.
Also, I adjusted the line weight for page 107 of Sultry Summer after someone commented about it. Just thought I’d note that here.
Also also, you may notice I’ve added my URL to my watermark in the bottom left as opposed to just using my alias. I still get a lot of questions and confusion about where I post certain things and feel that should help with that issue.

Also, I edited page 105 and have reuploaded it. While doing the colors for this page I realized I did not properly color Ben in the middle panel to reflect that the only light source was directly behind him in the same way I did in page 103 for Gwen.

Of course as expected the colors took a long time for this as I had to decide how to establish the scene. I’m still on the fence about some things so they could still be subject to change over the next few days, but I think it works as is so far. Also, finished this with a minute of Friday to spare. This page marks the end of this scene, meaning a new part begins next week, just in time for the new year. I know many people were likely hoping for Lucy to join in on the action, but this was only an introduction to her character. I have more in plan for her in the future, but that will come after Ben and Gwen finish a bit more of their exploration phase.
OC Christmas 2018

I’m not quite as satisfied with this as most other holiday pieces but I wasn’t really in the mood to do one this time around. As such I decided to just use this to mess around with some things in the lining, which I was in the mood for.
These tend to feel like a burden at times because I have to force myself to come up with a theme related to the holiday, so I may opt out of doing holiday stuff next year. Instead I’ll likely utilize the holidays to do an OC piece in general as opposed to just doing something holiday related. This means I’ll use the time slots the same way, I’ll just restrict myself less in what I can do. This doesn’t mean I absolutely won’t do anything holiday related, but that will depend on if inspiration for something strikes at the time.
