ATLA Blind Boyfriend Bandit Page 05 Lines

Here is the last page (mostly) that I had planned for The Blind Boyfriend Bandit. As the name suggests it was supposed to be short, so it never had a lot planned. With what I had/have going on this week I should have done just an illustration instead of a comic page, but I had this so close to completion that I simply wanted to get it out of the way, especially with my idea for these getting set aside on me the way it did in the past.

Also, this is uploaded later than I had hoped. I had some distractions take up quite a bit of time, but that has been resolved.

So I did indeed decide to take a break from Sultry Summer this week, as this update should make apparent. I don’t have the next part figured out enough, and it definitely didn’t help that I didn’t get enough time over the weekend to figure things out. I probably should have done something simpler this week so I could free up more time, which is what I needed to do, but this Penga and Toph short was fleshed out so long ago, and was only intended to be 5 pages (meaning the next one would be the last), that I couldn’t quite help myself get one step closer to finishing it.

This is the last page of this scene. The ending is a bit abrupt, but not a lot else can be done with an unconscious Gwen. Anything more to be done will have to be addressed in the morning when the next part begins.

Side note, I’ve been working on this comic for years now without missing a week (minus one week I had to take off due to a death in the family). As such I may take a week or two off from it before moving on to the next part. If I do decide to do this I’ll likely just do simpler things for a couple weeks, partly to let my hand rest a little, partly to afford time to look over and flesh out the details of the next part, and partly so that it feels a little fresh again when I get back to it. I’m not fully set on this, but it’s something I’m considering, so we’ll see how I feel about it as the weekend passes.

This is the third page to a short I started a long time ago. For those that weren’t around when I started these, they were intended to be short comics where the pages each sort of worked as standalone pages, so they could be continued, but weren’t left completely open if I didn’t continue them right away. These were intended to be touched upon in between other things I had planned, but those plans crashed and burned when my site’s payment processor pulled out. I wasn’t fully set on what to do next, so I decided to touch up on this short again as I continue to contemplate my options. Also, yes, this will be colored.

I promise this scene is nearing its end. There’s just one point about Ben that has to be emphasized her for relevance to the next scene. There’s going to be more anal throughout the night, but I am soon going to simply skim through it like I did with the rest of their day after the blowjob part, so there’s not much left.

Also, there’s more fluids and such to be added to the sleeping bag, I just felt it fine to add that in the colors as opposed to bothering to line it.

The bottom panel is intended to appear to be bubbling up from fluids projecting into fluids, which hopefully I can capture well in the colors. Also, lots of effect lines again, but as usual they’ll hopefully be less prominent in the colors.

Still not sure on Ben’s line in this one. I was contemplating “all in” or “all out”, but then I figured he’d try to be clever and mix both for the double meaning. Also, yes, this page is a call-back to what was shown in the anal video Gwen showed Ben before.
